She Magazine had the honour of presenting the Annual Showcase Event 2025, hosted by Genius Abacus, an extraordinary celebration of transformation, talent, and the boundless potential of young learners.
Held on 1st June 2025 at Jasper Road Public School, this grand event brought together students, families, educators, business leaders, and dignitaries for a power-packed day filled with achievement, innovation, and heartfelt moments.
The event began with a heartfelt address by Founder Smita Mehra Sharma, who shared the inspiring journey of Genius Abacus—from its humble beginnings to its impressive growth across 13 centres in Australia. She emphasized the deeper mission of Genius Abacus: not just building mental math skills, but building confidence, clarity, and future leaders—both in students and in franchise owners.
Talent on Display: Learning Beyond the Numbers
A standout moment of the day was the five Talent Showcases, where students showcased lightning-fast mental math calculations using abacus and Vedic techniques. The performances were a true testament to their learning journey—demonstrating not only intelligence and precision, but also creativity, communication, and emotional growth. It was a proud moment for every parent to see their child shine on stage.
Another emotional high point was the Graduation Ceremony, where students who completed their Genius levels received certificates on stage. Parents glowed with pride as they celebrated not just academic progress, but also the discipline and joy of learning.
Celebrating Franchise Success
The event also formally introduced the Genius Franchise Owners—many of whom are mothers and educators who have stepped into entrepreneurship through the Genius model. Their stories of reinvention and success added a deeply empowering dimension to the event.

A favourite part of the day was the Kid Entrepreneurs segment, where young students showcased and sold their own handmade products—jewellery, bookmarks, skincare, art, and more. Their creativity, confidence, and business spirit left everyone inspired.

In her final remarks, Smita Mehra shared:
